The Presto Pro Electric Knife Sharpener is a two stage electric sharpener. The first stage coarsely grinds the knife and begins to sharpen it while the second stage finely hones it.

The blade guides on the Presto Knife Sharpener are also very nice, holding the knife at the correct angle while they are sharpened. It also uses Sapphirite grinding wheels, which Presto claims are the same as professional shops, though this isn't strictly true, but works well when sharpening alloy, carbon, or stainless steel knives.
